- Start with a useful event preset, then create, rename, duplicate, archive or restore your plans.
- Undo and redo changes. With a verified email address, sync plans and saved images across devices for free.
Guests and attendance
- Add guests with notes, roles, color tags and Attending, Maybe or Not attending status.
- Search, filter and update the guest list, then create seating rules for selected guests or guests with the same tag.

Seating rules and checks

Linking this information to an app account is optional. Privacy explains technical delivery, campaign measurement and retention.

The website itself sends nothing to an AI provider. In SeatHarmony, you choose when to ask for help and review suggested changes before applying them.

Is the wedding seating planner free?
Yes. Start one plan in your browser without an account, with up to 40 guests, 6 tables and 5 room elements. Adding and importing guests and arranging tables manually are free. Planner Plus adds premium tools and higher limits.
Can I save my plan and use it on another device?
Yes. Create a free account and verify your email to sync plans and saved images across devices. Without an account, the plan stays in this browser. Wait for synchronization to finish before relying on another device. Clearing browser data removes local plans; private browsing can discard them when the session ends.
Can I import a guest list and print the seating plan?
Guest file import is free. PDF preview, printing and sharing, CSV exports and invitation QR files require Planner Plus. Purchases and Restore take place in the mobile app; public mobile downloads are not yet available.
Do I need AI to make a seating plan?
No. You can arrange guests and tables yourself. Optional AI requests use account credits, with or without Planner Plus. Check the cost before sending and review proposed changes before applying them. Free plan limits still apply.
Can I use SeatHarmony on my phone?
You can open the web planner in your phone’s browser. The Android and iPhone/iPad apps are still in development and have no public download yet.
