Purchase, withdrawal and refund information

You cannot buy SeatHarmony subscriptions or AI-credit packs on this website. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

For purchase help, withdrawal or a refund, use the options provided by the store named on your receipt. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Apple purchase support

For an Apple purchase, use the options attached to your purchase in the App Store or open Apple's purchase support. Apple explains the available steps for that purchase; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Google Play purchase support

For a Google Play purchase, open the order in Google Play or use Google Play Help.

For purchases in the EEA or UK, Google Play distinguishes digital content from digital services. Its policy says that agreeing to immediate availability and acknowledging the loss of withdrawal rights waives the statutory withdrawal right for digital content. Digital services can still have a 14-day withdrawal right. Your transaction, the checkout information and mandatory law determine which rules apply. Rights concerning defective or unavailable purchases remain unaffected.
