You cannot buy SeatHarmony subscriptions or AI-credit packs on this website. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, whose checkout identifies the applicable price, taxes and seller or contracting party. The mobile app activates Planner Plus after purchase confirmation. Account creation there is free and does not require a purchase.
4. Consumer dispute resolution
The service provider is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The former EU online dispute-resolution platform is not linked because that platform has closed.
5. Website status
This website provides information about SeatHarmony and links to the separate web app. Limited local planning works without an account. Account creation and verified account synchronization are free in the web, Android and iPhone apps. In-app exports, printing and other marked premium tools require active Planner Plus access. AI requests require a registered account and available AI credits, independently of Planner Plus; current planning limits and other premium restrictions still apply to accepted changes. The information website provides no checkout or registration form. Purchases and purchase restoration require a registered account and take place in the supported mobile app; accounts and sign-in methods can also be managed in the web app.
